2 sweet potatoes, peeled
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat an oven to 400ºF. Slice the sweet potatoes in half the long way and slice further into wedges.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, cayenne pepper, paprika, and salt. Add the wedges and mix thoroughly.
