3 pears, peeled, cored, and cut into wedges
Pomegranate seeds from 1 fruit
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons finely chopped almonds
4 sprigs fresh mint leaves for garnish
In a medium or large mixing bowl, lightly toss the sliced pears and pomegranate seeds with the lemon juice.
