Ingredients

  • 2 cups white flour

  • 4 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup 2% milk

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced

Directions

  • Combine the white flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl.

  • Combine melted butter (make sure it's slightly cooled), milk, and large egg in a different bowl.

  • Mix the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients and then add the fresh peaches. Stir the mixture until just blended.
