Cooking spray
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of ground cloves
1 cup raisins
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper, and spray the covered surface with cooking spray.
In a large nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the honey, and stir until the mixture bubbles at the edges (about 2 minutes). Add the almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, and cloves. Cook until the nuts are golden brown (about 8 minutes), stirring often. Add the raisins, and immediately pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly, and allow to cool completely (about 20 minutes).
