Ingredients

  • 2 pounds cantaloupe, peeled and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 3/4 cup sparkling apple juice

  • Salt to taste

  • Mint sprigs

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Directions
