2 large heads of broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup cranberries, dried
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup cashews
In a large mixing bowl, mix the broccoli, cranberries, onions, and celery together.
In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, and sugar; next, add the dressing mixture over the broccoli mixture and mix well.
