1/2 cup capers, rinse well
1 and 2/3 cups canned hearts of palm, rinsed & diced
1 (13.5 ounce) can artichoke hearts, rinsed & cut in half
1 and 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Thoroughly wash the capers, hearts of palm, and artichoke hearts. Make sure to drain them all after rinsing.
Add the capers and the hearts to the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Serve them in a martini glass or a small bowl. This salad will keep well in the refrigerator.
