6 cups zucchini
6 cups yellow squash
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Preheat an oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the zucchini and yellow squash into pieces and place in a large bowl.
