Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup light soy sauce

  • 2 pounds chicken breast, strip skewers or tenderloins

Directions

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix the pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Remove from heat just before the mixture comes to a boil.

  • Add the pineapple marinade to the chicken, marinate in a refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
