1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried)
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups macaroni, cooked according to package directions
1 (7 1/2 ounce) can salmon
1 cup chopped celery or fennel
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced
Mix first six ingredients in a bowl.
Thoroughly mix the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
