4 large potatoes
1/2 tablespoon ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cut the potatoes into sticks.
Add the sticks to a bowl and mix with the thyme, pepper, and olive oil.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 450oF.
Take out of the oven and add the cheese and salt evenly over the sticks.
Place back into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
