Ingredients

  • Lo Mein:

    • 16 ounces angel hair pasta

    • 3 cups chopped mixed vegetables

    • 1 tablespoon oil

  • Hoisin Sauce:

    • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

    • 2 tablespoons honey

    • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

    • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

    • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

    • 20 drops hot sauce

    • 1/2 cup water

    • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Directions

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions.

  • Heat a pan (large) to medium high and sauté the vegetables until tender.

  • In a bowl, add all the hoisin sauce ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  • Add the cooked pasta to the vegetables. Add the sauce and mix all ingredients together.
