Lo Mein:
16 ounces angel hair pasta
3 cups chopped mixed vegetables
1 tablespoon oil
Hoisin Sauce:
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
20 drops hot sauce
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Heat a pan (large) to medium high and sauté the vegetables until tender.
In a bowl, add all the hoisin sauce ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Add the cooked pasta to the vegetables. Add the sauce and mix all ingredients together.
