3 large potatoes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
2 tablespoons olive oil
Celery salt, to taste
Garlic salt, to taste
Set an oven to 450 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine the oregano, thyme, sage, rosemary, and pepper.
Cut the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices and add them to a greased, shallow baking pan.
Coat the potato slices with olive oil and season with the combined herbs and spices.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Take out of the oven and add the celery salt and garlic salt for taste.
