4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 large pickled jalapeño pepper, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon allspice
1 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
Combine the vinegar, garlic, ginger, jalapeño, oil, brown sugar, allspice, black pepper, and salt into a large bowl. Add the chicken to this mixture and flip it around until all sides are coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for no longer than one hour.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Take the chicken out of the marinade and place it onto the grill. Grill for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Flip each chicken breast once during the course of cooking.
