Ingredients

  • 1 cup caster sugar

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup self-rising flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 cup ground almonds

  • 4-5 apples, sliced into small pieces

Directions
