¾ cup almonds
1 papaya, seeded, peeled, cut into chunks
2 oranges, juiced
½ cup currants
1 cup pomegranate seeds
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
6 plums, dried
12 mint leaves
6 lime slices
In a bowl, mix together the pomegranates, currants, and almonds. Next pour into 6 separate glasses.
In a blender puree the papaya, orange juice, and cinnamon. Add the mixture evenly into the 6 glasses.
Place 1 plum, 1 lime slice, and 2 mint leaves into each glass. Serve chilled.
