1 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup gluten free chocolate chips
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 cup cashews, chopped
2 cups gluten free oatmeal
2 cups gluten free crispy rice cereal
1/3 cup flaxseed meal
Over low heat, heat the corn syrup and peanut butter in a medium sauce pan.
Remove the pan from heat when the consistency is smooth. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips to the mixture.
In a large bowl, combine the remaining chocolate chips with the almonds, cashews, oatmeal, crispy rice cereal, and flax seed meal.
Pour the contents of the pan over the dry ingredients in the bowl and mix well to coat.
Put the contents of the bowl into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Spread and press to create an even layer.
Cut into rectangular bars when cooled.
