1 cup rolled oats
1 cup wheat flakes
1 cup sunflower seeds
½ cup honey
1 cup dried cranberries
Set an oven to 400°F to preheat. Use cooking spray to coat a 9-inch pie pan.
On a separate baking sheet, evenly place the oats, wheat flakes, and seeds. Bake for about 10 minutes, until starting to brown.
In a large saucepan, add the honey on medium-high heat and wait until large bubbles (about ¾-inch or larger) start to form and the honey is darkening at the edges. This will take about 2-4 minutes.
When the honey is cooked, pour the contents of the baking sheet and the cranberries into the honey and stir to evenly mix. Immediately press this mixture into the pie pan using a cooking spray-coated spatula.
Allow the wedges to reach room temperature before serving.
