Ingredients

  • 3 cups oat bran cereal

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 4 tablespoons egg whites

  • 2/3 cup artificial sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 1 1/3 cups blueberries

  • 2 scoops vanillaprotein powder

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Combine the oat bran cereal and almond milk and let soak for 5 minutes.

  • Add the sweetener and protein powder and mix well.
