Ingredients

  • 3 cups water

  • 1 (3 ounce) package chicken flavored ramen noodles

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast

  • 2 leaves bok choy, sliced

  • 1 carrot, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

  • Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.

  • Open the package of ramen noodles and set the seasoning packet aside. Break the block of ramen noodles into several pieces and add to the boiling water.

  • Add the cooked chicken and vegetables and bring the water back to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3 minutes.

  • Add the sesame oil and the ramen noodle seasoning packet and serve.
