Brownies:
1 cup walnuts
1 cup dates
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Icing:
2 avocados
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Dash of salt
Dash of cinnamon
Mix all brownie ingredients in a food processor and blend until they are chunky and dry. Press the blend into a small pan.
Peel and pit the avocados. Blend all icing ingredients in a blender on high until they reach a smooth consistency.
Spread the icing on top of the brownies and place in the freezer. Freeze for 1 hour. Cut the brownies into 12 servings.
