I am going to reduce my body weight to 195#s and increase my muscle mass to 8% body fat by May 1 2008. This will increase my energy level and give believability to my patients when I say they need to lose weight and it can be done!! I am also going to increase my clinic to 150 patient visits per week on a three day work week. I will hire an associate by June 1 of 2008 to further increase my practice. I will reduce all personal debt to zero by the end of 2008. I will have an E-zine published by February 1 20
