They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I never have to worry about them using old or outdated equipment. Their equipment is high-quality and very advanced. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
