They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. My proceedure was not necessary as my PSA when back down, they should have waited at least 3 more months to check again before performing the proceedure. Within TWO days and serious pain, I ended up with Peyronnie's diesease. No cure! Not good!! I would never visit them again. I am very disappointed.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. They always address me by name and I'm able to pick up right where I left off at every appointment. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. The office had a terrible odor on occasion, there is room for improvement.
