The office has a kind and efficient staff. I went in as a bit of an emergency and was therefore nervous. The nurse made me feel at ease right away by speaking with me for a long time and taking a detailed medical history. She answered all my questions in a professional and intelligent manner, and I felt a lot more confident and knowledgeable about my condition as I walked into the examining room to see the doctor. Dr. Ross was also very professional and extremely thorough. He made me aware of some new procedures that would benefit me, which I was grateful for. Additionally, he spoke with me and answered any further questions I had for almost 30 minutes post-examination, which is almost unheard of these days in doctors' offices. He then prescribed medication that actually worked (as opposed to some other doctors I have visited) and I was cured about 2 weeks later. Great office, great visit. I will definitely make Dr. Ross my go-to GYN.
