I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

They were the most respectful, courteous doctor and staff I've ever been to. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. Every time I have a question, they always make an effort to answer it over the phone instead of making me drive all the way down there for an appointment. They are always very respectful of my time and schedule. They didn't make me wait long in the waiting room at all. They called me back to see the doctor a couple minutes after I sat down. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Dr. Birnbaum is good at finding the cause of a problem from pain. He goes above and beyond what today's doctors are generally allowed to commit to a patient with time with their physician. I've gone to him for over ten years now. His patients become as loyal to him as he and his staff are to their patients.
