James Robb first felt drawn to a career in health care during ?mini medical school? in his 10th grade biology class. He went on to attend actual medical school at UAMS in Little Rock and then did his residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He chose obstetrics and gynecology as his specialty because he enjoys doing surgeries but prefers the continuity of care and life-long partnerships with patients that comes with being an OB/GYN.
