He grew up in Brownsville, Tennessee, where he was heavily involved in sports, including golf, football, basketball, and baseball. After playing collegiate baseball, Dr Garrett’s high affinity for the training room led him to pursue a career in sports medicine. This choice nurtured a passion for research, ultrasound-guided procedures, and regenerative medicine.
