A native of upstate New York where he was a member of The United States Bobsled and Skeleton Team, Dr Bruce first became interested in sports medicine from his time spent at the Lake Placid Olympic Training facilities. Dr Bruce earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees in Physical Therapy at Springfield College, where he lettered in football and track. After working for several years as a physical therapist, he then continued his studies at the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine.
