Dr Rhonda Wallace joined Beaufort Memorial Bluffton Primary Care in 2020, bringing significant experience in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness.
She began her medical career as a nurse intern in the cardiac intensive care unit at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. After graduation she continued her work with cardiac patients at a medical center in North Dakota.
Eager to take her practice of medicine to a higher level, she became a certified physician assistant, working in emergency and urgent care settings, and as an adjunct professor in the physician assistant program at the University of North Dakota.
