Ian provides primary care for people of all ages. He uses an informed decision-making model with his patients, working with them to determine a diagnosis and treatment plan. Ian began his health care career as a hospital nurse, serving in many different areas of patient care for 13 years before studying to become a family nurse practitioner. Since 2015, he has been a part of the Samaritan Health Services team, seeing patients independently in Brownsville and as a physician extender in Lebanon before relocating to Depoe Bay. In his free time, he enjoys surfing and walking on the beach with his family. Some of their favorite activities include surfing, snow skiing, rock climbing, running and hiking.
