Joanne Cottle, MPAS, MBA, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Heart Institute. She is associate director of the Dr Bill Neches Heart Camp for Kids and believes that it is vital for kids with congenital heart disease to have a place where they can be surrounded by other patients to share their experiences. She earned her bachelor's degree in health science and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Duquesne University. She later received her Master of Business Administration in 2015. Ms. Cottle has a particular interest in caring for patients with congenital heart disease. She lives in Pittsburgh with her family, including her twin girls and enjoys travel, hiking, and photography.
