I truly believe patients know themselves better than anybody else, and I work as a team player with patients to come up with a treatment plan that would best suit them based on their needs and goals. I always make sure the patient is heard and that we can come together to decide what would be best for them.
I have an incredible wife, two young children - a boy and a girl - and a dog named Bo. We are a very active family, and we enjoy running, hiking and spending time outdoors or at sporting events. We love to travel and find new coffee shops and restaurants. In my free time, I enjoy playing softball and the guitar. I am a huge baseball, football and golf fan.

As an athlete growing up, I have always been passionate about exercise and its impact on health. I am a huge advocate for patients to live an active lifestyle to treat and prevent chronic illnesses. During my medical training, I provided care for athletes of all ages, from local high schools, colleges, major league baseball programs and weekend warriors.
