Sarah Sikarskie believes all people should play an active role in their healthcare. She chose to pursue physical therapy after watching a family member go through several surgeries and learn to walk again. As a physical therapist, Sikarskie tries to help her patients understand why their treatment is important so they can enjoy the process and get the best possible outcome from it. She has been living and working in North Carolina since 1999. When she is not at the office, Sikarskie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, listening to music and exercising.
