Eric Oglesbee, PsyD, is a board-certified child psychologist at Providence Children’s Development Institute. He evaluates children for possible neurodevelopmental conditions, such as autism. Evaluation and support offer “a powerful opportunity to positively affect a child’s developmental trajectory,” he says. “Small changes at a young age can have a huge impact as a child grows into adulthood.” A graduate of The Ohio State University, Dr. Oglesbee earned his doctorate in psychology at Pacific University. He completed his residency with the United States Air Force, and a fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He has specialized training in cognitive and behavioral therapy and in neurodevelopmental evaluation.
