Dear Dr. Stone,

I need to have your explanation of my recent EEG (2/19/25). A phone consultation would be fine. If you can find the time to do that I would really appreciate it. Otherwise, I won't be able to see you until some time in August. The report states that the results were abnormal. I need an explanation that I, as a lay person, can understand, why this might be the case and what I might be able to do about it, if anything.

Furthermore, the report states that I take Depakote, Keppra and Phenobarbital. The fact is that I take NONE of these drugs!! And I need to count on the doctors who test and/or treat me to do whatever necessary to obtain correct information about what I take or don't take and report it correctly as well. A simple phone call to me would provide all the information they'd need.

I hope to hear at least your decision as to contacting me. August is 4 months away and a long time to wait to know the significance of my "abnormal" EEG.
