Melinda Ragins
Dr. Ragins practices pediatrics in Bay Valley Medical Group’s Castro Valley office. She attended medical school at Loyola University in Maywood, Illinois and completed her residency at the Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California. She received her Master in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Ragins joined Bay Valley Medical Group in 2003. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, reading fiction novels and staying healthy through daily exercise.
