Jeny Rachel Samuel earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Chamberlain University specializing in health leadership with a concentration in health policy change. Prior to the DNP program, Jeny received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Jersey City University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Pace University. Jeny also holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, with a minor in anthropology from William Paterson University, NJ.Prior to joining Weill Cornell Medicine and while following her academic pursuits, Jeny worked in the operating room at a trauma hospital in New Jersey for three years. She also gained invaluable experience working closely with patients in the pediatric ICU at the Children's Hospital Montefiore for two years and in transplant surgery at Montefiore Medical Center for six years.
