Bryan Vonasek, MD, is an inpatient, on-call pediatric infectious disease physician at the MSU Health Care Pediatric Specialty clinic. He received his bachelors of science at Saint John’s University and his doctorate of medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Bryan completed a residency in Pediatrics and Global Child Health at Baylor College of Medicine and a Pediatric Infectious Disease fellowship at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. His major interest is improving the management of infections in underserved children globally—with a focus on tuberculosis and infections associated with severe acute malnutrition.
