John Midturi, DO
John Midturi completed his medical training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center/Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, Fort Worth. He then pursued combined training in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics, followed by an Adult Infectious Disease fellowship, all at Scott & White Healthcare. He obtained a Master's in Public Health degree during his fellowship through Texas A&M University. His interest in international healthcare and HIV led to work through Baylor College of Medicine (Baylor International Pediatrics AIDS Initiative) in Malawi, Africa, 2006-2008. He returned to Baylor Scott & White Health in 2008, and since 2013, he has served as the Director of Infectious Disease Division.
