David Louis, MD, FACC, FSCAI a board-certified interventional cardiologist, manages the full spectrum of cardiovascular disease. Dr. Louis believes in providing patient-centered care using up-to-date guideline-directed therapy. As an interventional cardiologist, Dr. Louis sub-specializes in performing minimally invasive procedures (heart catheterization and stenting) to treat heart attacks and open blocked arteries. Dr. Louis received his medical degree from the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton, Pennsylvania and completed his residency and fellowship at Brown University/Lifespan in Providence, Rhode Island. His research has been published in top-tier medical journals. Dr. Louis is board-certified in internal medicine, general cardiology, and interventional cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE), and nuclear cardiology by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology (CBNC).
