This firm provides the poorest possible service combined with the most noncaring atmosphere, where noncaring can sometimes become hateful. Nothing is ever their fault. Their concentration seems to be on what insurance will pay for rather than what you may actually need. After placing an order and waiting a week for it I called them. They said the doctor had not responded with a prescription. I asked if they had followed up and they said they would. I called back and they told me the doctor had signed off on the order, but they couldn't ship it out until the next day. I said I would drive the 52 miles round trip and pick it up. When I got there the order didn't include the mask straps I asked for. It was all a wasted trip.
