Richard Morgan, D.O., is a nonsurgical spine care physician at Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute, specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation.Dr. Morgan earned his osteopathic medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami.
