Kapil Wattamwar, MD, is Director, Interventional Radiology Research and Director, Pediatric Radiology at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Radiology at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr Wattamwar has a broad clinical interest in many areas of vascular and non-vascular intervention, including women’s health, oncology, hepatobiliary and pediatric intervention. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from Columbia University in 2013, Dr Wattamwar earned his Doctor of Medicine at Rutgers University in 2017 before completing his internal medicine internship at Yale School of Medicine in 2018.
