My experience at Dry Creek Dental Care was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I initially booked an appointment for a full X-ray, teeth cleaning, and a second opinion on my wisdom tooth. I specifically mentioned that I had already received a full X-ray at another dentist the day before and wanted a second opinion.

Upon arrival, I was informed that all these services could be bundled for $79, which seemed like an ok deal. However, despite my clear instructions and the agreed-upon services, they only performed an X-ray on my wisdom tooth and neglected to clean my teeth as promised.

When I questioned why my teeth weren't cleaned as agreed, they told me it was because they hadn't performed a full X-ray on all my teeth. This was perplexing to me because nowhere was it explained that a full X-ray was necessary just to get a basic teeth cleaning.

I expressed my dissatisfaction, noting that I had come specifically for the full X-ray and teeth cleaning for the advertised price. They didn't fulfill their end of the agreement yet expected full payment. This felt dishonest and disrespectful, especially considering I was a new patient seeking their services in good faith.

Ultimately, I paid for a service I didn't receive -- a full X-ray and cleaning of all teeth -- which is simply unacceptable. This experience left me feeling scammed and mistreated, especially as a new patient. I strongly advise others to avoid Dry Creek Dental Care, as their practices do not align with fair and honest patient care. If I could zero star from me.
