"Its More Likely You'll Leave With A Heart Condition!!!" If your going here to get a check up on your heart function you probably dont want to go here!!! Everyone is nice and pleasant but very disorganized and they don't follow up with you at all, about anything. I had to call repeatedly to find out when they would get my test results and when they were gonna call me to schedule the readings. They also sent me for tests to a hospital that doesn't accept my insurance. Wasted another day from work! I finally set up a new hospital myself that accepts my insurance to do the testing. Got that done and weeks went by with no call no results. I called the office to see why they havent set up my follow up and they said b/c the hospital never sent the results. But, not to worry they'll call the hospital and have the results sent over as well as book my appointment to read the results 7 days from now. I said, are you sure you'll have the results by then and, she said we should. I said, "i need to be sure because I cant waste a day out of work, on a Maybe..." She said, they'll be here! They actually called me the day before to confirm I'd be there on-time, for my appointment and,,,when I got there they said sorry your results aren't here... I had to contact the hospital to have them sent over. They finally take me in to read my results and the Physician Asst. came in and out of the room 3 times before he sat down and told me I shouldn't have had to go for any of these tests b/c I only have a little blockage in my heart. He obviously had the wrong chart... Then a diff PA came in very sweet and gave me my results and said if i wanted and calcium test that they would give me a script for it. At this time its getting a little late so I asked the secretary if I could just have the scripts b/c I had to get back to work. She said sure which ones do you need. I said the ones the Dr said I needed for the calcium test. She said Ok but you need blood work done for that one. Not very excited about that but i said OK then she said, you should also get another EKG b/c the results are only good for 3 months, keep in mind, this is the test which they first sent me to the wrong hospital and never followed up with me about anything for months... So then she says, "why don't you go do the EKG and come back. You wanna come back after that???" At this point I was ready to explode... I just said "I never wanna come back here ever again, Im leaving!" Now I have to find another Dr that knows how to run an their practice. A doctor who doesn't let high volume of clientele decrease the quality of care and follow up.
