Dr. Kevin J. Puzio grew up in the Detroit, Michigan area. He attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate training, and then graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed a flexible internal medicine internship at Providence Hospital followed by a three-year residency in neurology at Henry Ford Hospital. Following residency he completed a one-year fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at Henry Ford Hospital.
Dr. Puzio has practiced in the Indianapolis area since the late 1980s. He practices general neurology and sees adult patients with all types of neurological conditions. He is board certified in electromyography and neurology and board eligible in EEG.
