Lynt B Johnson, MD, MBA joined as Professor of Surgery and Executive Director of the newly formed Liver and Pancreas Institute for Quality (LPIQ). He is joined by Paul Lin, MD to provide surgical expertise in Liver, Biliary and Pancreas Surgery. The center provides innovation, experience and quality outcomes for patients in the Mid-Atlantic region. Minimally invasive approaches and advanced vascular reconstruction for pancreas, hepatic and biliary malignancies are an area of focus. Both Drs. Johnson and Lin have over 20 years experience in hepatobiliary and pancreas surgery. Dr Johnson is the former Robert J Coffey Professor of Surgery and Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital.
