Hussain Khalid, MD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the division of cardiovascular medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Florida where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He earned his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine where he graduated with Honors in Research, and was awarded the 2016 C Richard Conti Award for Academic Excellence in the field of Cardiovascular Medicine. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Case Western Reserve University where he was awarded the Resident Award for Research in 2018.
