Dr Tamer Mansour is a pleasant and dedicated board-certified Ophthalmologist and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Following his medical school degree and ophthalmology residency at Howard University, he completed a fellowship in Oculoplastic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania's Scheie Eye Institute.
